Variant A) Individual appointments:
Please book an individual “Speaker Checkup Call”, i.e. a test appointment for the virtual feed, with our service provider “easylivestream”. Easylivestream will show you the software we use for your performance, how to share your presentation if applicable, and give you personalized tips on how to best set up your setup so you can be at your best for the viewers.
You can choose a date here: https://easylivestream.de/services/speaker-checkup-call/. Please let us know briefly for our planning as soon as you have chosen a date.
Please provide our project number ($NUMBER) to easylivstream so that the service provider can link the billing to us. We will cover the cost of this appointment for you.
Variant B) Group appointment
We have arranged a “group speaker checkup call” with our service provider “easylivestream”, i.e. a test date for all our virtual speakers together.
Just dial in on the 1.1.2055 in the time from 4 pm to 6 pm (PLEASE REGISTER HERE YOUR DATES, WHICH YOU HAVE AGREED WITH US, MAY BE SEVERAL). The easylivestream team will show you the software we use for your performance. They will show you how to share your presentation, if applicable, and give you personalized tips on how to best set up your setup so you can be on your best behavior for the viewers. We will bear the costs for this.
