What is it?

At the start of the event, the participants have the free choice to switch between different rooms – just like at an offline event.
There is a “main stage” with central presentations. For this purpose, you can set up any number of virtual workshop rooms in parallel. In a chat with the whole congress participants can exchange with each other – also directly among themselves.

There is also an expo area where you can give space to sponsors and a networking area where audience can get to know each other in randomly assigned video calls in a kind of business speed dating.

How does it work?

The entire congress runs via a website. Through this website also runs in advance a (mandatory) registration.

All viewers and speakers sit in front of their PC in the office or home office. We control the event from our office. Only unlocked speakers can speak on stage. In the workshop rooms and in the networking area, audience members can also activate their cameras and microphones.
If desired, the program on stage can also be equipped with a “classic” live stream (e.g. from an event room).

What does it cost?

You pay a flat fee for the hopin software and event setup. In addition, there are personnel costs, depending on the length of the event.
