Marketing Manager (M/F/D)
We need a cohesive marketing strategy and consistent pointed communication in writing, image and sound.
The main topics are the following:
- Optimization of our Google Ads
- Optimization of our websites and landing pages, partly new creation for different target groups (NGOs, companies, private customers)
- Optimization of graphics, photos and texts under SEO aspects – Optimization of our “Sales-Funnel
- Continuous optimization of our sales and consulting process
- Develop and implement end-to-end CI – this applies to websites, social media and printed products
- Expansion of the customer-acquire-customer program
- Establishment of a partner network with hotels and event locations
- Introduction of a customer information system (newsletter)
The whole thing will happen in collaboration with the team, our CEO Sebastian and our web designer. Our whole team is of course at your side!

Event Manager M/F/d
If you like office work, you will find a nice, young team, communication at eye level, many development opportunities and exciting customers from politics, society and business who want to change something in the world. Your management talent is needed!
- You accompany the entire process from the first request of the customer to the sending of the feedback form after the event.
- Your main task is the written, telephone and sometimes personal consultation of the incoming event requests of new customers as well as the planning and coordination of the live stream assignments.
- You coordinate between location, our technicians, freelancers, external trades and the customers.
- You create offers, discuss them with the customers and adapt them according to the customers’ wishes.
- You plan and coordinate the operations of up to four teams on a daily basis – sometimes simultaneously. You control who does what, when, where, and make sure everyone has the right technology with them
- Decide what information customers give us is relevant to the teams in the field.
Requirements
- An eye for the rough and for the detail
- You should enjoy the idea of taking responsibility in a young company in a small team and contribute your share to successfully establish our new product in Berlin and Germany.
- Since we stream our live streams to Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, among others, it would also be desirable if you know these media and have already managed accounts there.
- Technical topics such as “camera types”, “live streams” and “sound technology” should not scare you away either. We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to have enough curiosity and desire to learn the ropes and stay on the ball.

We are always looking for motivated people to take care of our live streams from the technical side. Whether as a freelancer or in a permanent employment relationship – we are flexible!
