Cooperation procedure

The process differs based on the service package you choose. Our “self-service” customers have to be a little more hands-on. The “Comfort” and “Unlimited” service package bundles are more comfortable.  

1. location checkup

At this appointment we check if everything will work at your location, e.g. internet, monitors and lighting. This appointment is mandatory. Exception: We already know the location.

2. setting up the live stream and preparing graphics, etc.

In order for us to set up the live stream for you, you will need to fill out our forms in your client folder. If you do not feel like using forms, you can also make a personal appointment with us agree (75 €/h). This is optional.

3. briefing on procedure

For complex events, we recommend going through the event point by point with the live stream operator. Multimedia inserts can also be discussed during this content review. This appointment is optional for on-site events, mandatory for virtual events.

Offer confirmation

If you are satisfied with the offer, you can sign the offer digitally in PDF or send us your commitment by email. Please understand that we will start the preparation only after the binding confirmation.

Digital customer folder

After approval, you will receive a link to your customer folder. With this we prepare your production. Please upload important files directly here and fill out our forms!

Extra services

Whether it’s a location checkup, a detailed discussion of the schedule, the creation of graphics or technical checks with your virtually connected guests: we’ll be happy to help you prepare your event perfectly!

After a thorough preparation, we are ready for your live stream. Our technicians ensure that everything runs smoothly and take care of all technical matters on site.

After the event

You will receive your bill the next business day. If you have booked a recording, it will be available in your customer folder for 14 days.
