Cooperation procedure

The process differs based on the service package you choose. Our “self-service” customers have to be a little more hands-on. The “Comfort” and “Unlimited” service package bundles are more comfortable.  

1. Location-Checkup

Bei diesem Termin prüfen wir, ob alles bei Ihrer Location funktionieren wird, z.B. Internet, Monitore und Licht. Dieser Termin ist zwingend erforderlich. Ausnahme: Wir kennen die Location bereits.

2. Einrichtung des Livestreams und Vorbereitung von Grafiken u.v.m.

Damit wir den Livestream für Sie einrichten können, müssen Sie unsere Formulare in Ihrem Kundenordner ausfüllen. Wenn Sie keine Lust auf Formulare haben, können Sie auch einen persönlichen Termin mit uns vereinbaren (75 €/h). Dies ist optional.

3. Ablaufbesprechung

Für komplexe Events empfehlen wir, das Event Punkt für Punkt mit dem Livestream-Operator durchzusprechen. Bei dieser inhaltlichen Besprechung können auch Multimedia-Einspieler besprochen werden.  Dieser Termin ist für Vor-Ort-Events optional, für virtuelle Events zwingend notwendig.

Written offer

You already know what you need? Then please fill out our offer express form directly. With our questions, we record exactly what you need and can send you a custom-fit quote in a matter of hours.

Offer confirmation

If you are satisfied with the offer, you can sign the offer digitally in PDF or send us your commitment by email. Please understand that we will start the preparation only after the binding confirmation.

Digital customer folder

After approval, you will receive a link to your customer folder. With this we prepare your production. Please upload important files directly here and fill out our forms!

Extra services

Whether it’s a location checkup, a detailed discussion of the schedule, the creation of graphics or technical checks with your virtually connected guests: we’ll be happy to help you prepare your event perfectly!

When all the preparations are completed:

Your production

After a thorough preparation, we are ready for your live stream. Our technicians ensure that everything runs smoothly and take care of all technical matters on site.

After the event

You will receive your bill the next business day. If you have booked a recording, it will be available in your customer folder for 14 days.
