You can send your participants our instructions for video conferencing and Zoom in advance. If individual speakers are not sure whether the technology is sufficient, you can also book a speaker checkup call with us and, if necessary, request a free consultation. Order a speaker emergency kit.
Does Zoom have the option to require attendees to actively agree to the GDPR policy before joining the meeting?
No, unfortunately ZOOM does not offer that. We recommend communicating the GDPR notice with the invitation and writing it before the link to the call: By participating in the meeting, you agree to our Privacy Terms and Conditions. You can do this in an email as well as on a website.
