Our studios
In the studios at Friedrichshain 22 we can realize various event formats. We offer green screen studios for virtual environments as well as rooms for events with audience. Below you will find an overview of the available rooms.
Our studios are bookable until 7 days before the event
The canteen in the house is open from 11 am to 2 pm and can be used without extra charge

Representative
The flag room
The historic, wood-paneled hall is particularly suitable for representative events such as readings, product presentations, receptions or press conferences. It features wood-paneled walls and parquet flooring, power and Ethernet outlets, and can accommodate up to 50 people, depending on seating. The installation of an event WLAN or a redesign with backdrops or stage elements is possible for an additional charge.
The hall has an area of 66m².
The daily rent is 350,- € / 1⁄2 day 250,- €
Professional Virtual
The green screen studio
The green screen studio is particularly suitable for live shows in a virtual environment without an on-site audience. The presenting persons can either be placed in a digitally generated stuido, work in front of a simple digital background in your corporate design or interact with a presentation. This studio is also suitable for virtual connections. A redesign with backdrops or similar is possible on request.
The studio has an area of 31 m².
The daily rent is 270,- € / 1⁄2 day 170,- €
Discreet and objective
The conference room
The conference room is particularly suitable for closed events without a live audience or for lectures and presentations to a small professional audience. A rearrangement by backdrops or similar is possible on request.
The room has an area of 29m².
The daily rent is 220,- € / 1⁄2 day 120,- €
Small and practical
The Webinar Studio
The Webinar Studio is particularly suitable for holding live lectures and webinars, as well as for virtual connections to various livestream or event formats.
It features a green backdrop, lights and screens, and is acoustically insulated.
The daily rent is 220,- € / 1⁄2 day 120,- €
For each studio we charge a one-time cleaning fee of 30€ over the entire period of use
