How? This is how you transfer the rights to us:

You must have at least the “Admin” status on the target FB page.
Go to your Facebook page: www.facebook.com/NameOfYourSite
Click on the “Settings” tab in the bottom left corner

Then click on the “Roles for the page” tab on the left side

Add the email address “produktion@easylivestream.de” as “Editor. (Please don’t be surprised, the account is called “Anna Müller” – If you don’t find the account please search for “LiveProduktion”. There should be an account named “Anna Müller” with the Berlin TV tower as a profile picture.

Done – that’s it !

By the way: These are the things we need to set up the live stream. (Please also refer to the production agreement): ⬇

a) Title of the live stream video (This title will appear later in the “Videos” overview of your FB page).
b) Text of the live stream announcement post. This will appear in your Facebook feed.
c) Time and date for the live stream start (we recommend to start the live stream 5-10 minutes before the start of the actual event. We will play music and display a countdown in the meantime if you wish).
d) A graphic (a still image) for the post, ideally 1600 x 912 pixels. (We recommend to use only little text & if possible no logos. If you wish we can create this for you for 75 Euro).
e) Time and date when the live stream post should be posted. We recommend 24 – 48h before the event. You can plan the event maximum seven days in advance.

We also recommend that someone from your team should be present in the chat from the beginning. Go ahead and greet the first audience members in person and bridge the waiting time. If you wish, we can do this for you for 75 euros / hour.
