That's why we need to meet:
1. internet/LTE check
No live stream without internet
For the stable operation of the live stream we need a secure internet connection. To do this, we check any existing LAN lines at the location or test our LTE connections. If necessary, we recommend that you bundle several LTE lines (bonding).
2. logistics, space & light
Distance to the screen, required furniture, positions of the cameras
For faster setup on event day, it is important that we know the following: Where is the stage? Is the light on site sufficient? Where can the control room, cameras, mics and lights, if necessary, be located? When can we set up, where to unload, where to park, etc.?
3. audio setting
Without mics, you won’t hear anything in the live stream.
Many locations already have an audio system. Here we discuss handover points with the technicians present. This is especially important for virtual feeds and music productions.
4. program arrangements
No surprises!
Want a video to be on stage and live-streamed at a certain point? You want the stage to be invisible for a short moment? We should discuss all of this. Also, because short wait times may be required for certain cuts.

What else is there to know?
Here are a few important questions and answers about our location checkups.
What does this cost?
For Comfort and Unlimied customers the appointment is incl. All others pay 75 € / h, and the travel time is also charged.
How long does it take?
In some cases, the check-up takes only 20 to 30 minutes, but usually it takes an hour. However, depending on the complexity of your event, a checkup can quickly take two hours.
When do you have time?
One of our technicians will perform the check-up if we are not currently live-streaming. Above you can easily book an appointment.
What does the journey cost?
You pay 0,60 € per kilometer. Travel time is charged at €75 for Self Service customers. For Comfort and Unlimited customers, the entire checkup within Berlin is free of charge. Travel time is also required for checkups outside Berlin.
Who should be on site?
We recommend a location representative. If possible, an IT technician in case the Internet causes problems. For program discussion with you. If there is a local sound system that we are to tie in, also the local sound / house technician.
