In this videocall appointment, we will set up your live stream with you and personally discuss all the elements needed to prepare your event.
We will discuss that:
1. live stream setup
Hand over editor rights or test your RTMP data
The goal is to have the live stream set up ready by the end of the appointment. To do this, we need above all the so-called “editor’s rights” to your channel and information on how you want to name and describe your live stream. If you use your own server, we test the RTMP connection.
2. visual design of your live stream
Graphics creation, integration, Powerpoints
We will discuss with you which graphics will be used during the live stream. Chyrons? Text panels? If we create them, you can choose a style. Do you want music or countdowns? All this we will discuss with you.
3. video calls & virtual guests
Setup and preparation
If virtual connections are planned, we will set up the video calls together with you and, if necessary, show you the software that we will use to connect the guests. In addition, we can discuss how to best prepare your guests.
4. legal & logistics
T&C check, approach, double checks
Once again, we check with you whether the schedule, location and approach are right. In addition, we would like to point out important regulations in our General Terms and Conditions (right of use and copyright, break regulations for employees, catering, etc.).

What does this cost?
The appointment costs 75 € per hour for self-service customers. It is included for Comfort and Unlimited customers.
How long does it take?
We estimate between one to three hours for the appointment, depending on the complexity of the event.
When do you have time?
Please choose a date above. Our customer service representatives are available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless other appointments are already scheduled.
On-site or virtual?
As a rule, the appointment is virtual. But you can also visit us in the office. If you want us to come to you, it is possible. Contact us. But we would add additional travel costs for travel in this case.
What do we need?
First and foremost, we need admin access to the channel where the live stream will be set up. Details can be found in the email confirming the appointment.
