How you prepare the files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Presentations:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Please merge all presentations into one file<\/li><li>Please insert a slide with your event&#8217;s logo between each presentation<\/li><li>Please insert a black foil at the start and end<\/li><li>Make sure that the file formats of the presentations are PowerPoint or PDF. We cannot process &#8220;Keynote&#8221; files.<\/li><li>Make sure your presentation is in the 16:9 format, and <strong>not<\/strong> 4:3. Most projectors and also the live stream are in the 16:9 format. Also share this information with the creators of the presentation.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Videos:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The videos must also be in the 16:9 format.<\/li><li>Check the movies in advance to make sure that the soundtrack is recorded correctly. It should not switch between loud and quiet.<\/li><li>Please compress your videos. Per length of an hour, the file size should not exceed 2&nbsp;GB.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Permanent graphics for beamer \/ stage monitor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you want to show certain graphics on the beamer \/ stage monitor during breaks, put together a separate presentation for this if necessary. <\/li><li>Possible contents could be the event logo, the announcement of the next speaker or an overview of the event program.<\/li><li>To quickly switch between different content on the screen, make sure that &#8220;stage monitor control&#8221; is selected in the quote and an additional person is scheduled as a &#8220;multimedia operator&#8221;. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":[],"wissensdatenbank_category":[242],"wissensdatenbank_tag":[],"class_list":["post-19785","wissensdatenbank","type-wissensdatenbank","status-publish","hentry","wissensdatenbank_category-vor-dem-event-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
